What a scam, returns impossible
What a scam. Returning items is impossible, because you'll just never receive the promised returning label. "Costumer service" is an automated messaging system, that just tells you, that everything has been sent to you.
But, blame on me, should have read some reviews beforehand..
My top came with a hole in it
The company sent me a top with a hole in it, when I ordered online in Bulgaria.
Then they asked me to return it, so they can sell it to someone else.
The customer support didn't offer any alternatives, but instead sent me a robotic template email.
Cheap, stylish and ecological
I have purchased several items over the last years, and I have always been more than satisfied. Returns have always been easy (to the reviewers that complain about not being able to initiate returns after 30 days, what world are you living in?), and I particularly like the design of the clothes, which is original and stylish. It is true that some clothing items have some tear after a season, but you can't beat the price and the fact that many items are made from recycled materials. Plus, it's not the end of the world, if you know how to repair small tears.

Truly bad customer care
Truly bad customer care. I try to return a package for half a month. They never answear. I have try to comminucate too many times. The timew they answered they told me that a courier will come the next day. Nobody never came.
You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for. The prices are low but so is the quaIity. I enjoyed this brand at first but then I realized that most clothes go to waste after 1-2 washes. Also now they have some "luxury" clothes and charge almost 100 for a sweater but the quality is still very low so not worth it.
I like their accessories such as hats or scarfs but everything else is kinda meh
Poor quality clothes and service
As said by others, clothes are cheap and they don't fit well either. Also tried to return 3 -4 days after the 30 day period, most stores allow a small grace period, but they don't even allow you to print the return form or are willing to print one for you. Its just poor all round, won't be ordering again.
Missing order/no response
Pretty satisfied with orders I received BUT there is missing one and "Reserved" site customer service is just ignoring my emails. So no, I will not recommend it to my friends.
payment terms
very annoying that they only except paypal and credit cards, yet not cash in advance. therefore: no thanks, I won't buy there.

I have ordered 3 or 4 times at reserved.com and am thrilled every single time! How fast the shipping is, how beautifully the clothes are packaged and how good the quality is! Everything perfect. :)
Returned are nightmares
Returned are nightmares. They offer only DPD collection, courier never arrived. I contacted the shop to get the label and drop it myself but they do collection only. Or! I can return it for my cost to them. Can you have Hermès or RoyalMail lake normal companies do?
Also mixed feelings here
Also mixed feelings here. My first order arrived with no problems, it was beautifully wrapped and nice clothes. Not the best quality, but ok. My second order got cancelled without explanation. When I tried to order again, it was sold out. So annoying and not very customwr friendly. It reminds a lot of Zara, they do the same thing. Some of the worst sites to order from, but if you're lucky to receive your order, it's a nice package.
Worst shop ever
Worst shop ever! Do not order here. My package was meant to go to The Netherlands, but my order has been delivered to someone else in Poland! How insanely strange is that. I have paid for this, and they just stole my order and now my money is gone. I'm not even 18 years old so think about how terrible this is for me. I don't make too much money in a month. Big big shame for you Reserved.
High quality
Up until now I have ordered twice from this site, I have always had a great time. Living in Italy, the order took almost a week to arrive, but it is understandable since the goods arrive from Poland. The brand is fantastic, I had no problems with sizes and orders. I recommend you try this site and let me know, don't give too much weight to negative reviews!
Nice shop. Not nice presenters
If I could give 0, I would. Staff day dreaming in a shop during a day. Everybody is clueless about exchange procedures. And sales assistant can't even talk without supervision. Avoid oxford street reserved! I have known reserved for so many years in Europe. And I used to shop all the time.
It looks like in UK they can't get it together.

Horrible service and items deliver broken!
I was waiting for the currier at home twice, not being able to leave the house, and the currier didn't come!
It seems that Reserved doesn't care about its costumers and isn't bothered to let know curriers to pick up parcels on agreed days.
How frustrating irresponsible!

Returning items is the biggest hassle
Returning items is the biggest hassle. It's supposed to be picked up by a "courier service" (GLS). Already spent 2 days at home waiting for them, they never showed up.... completely ridiculous. Meanwhile customer service just offers me a new "pick up date" (hahaha like they will come then, who are we kidding). So I guess I will just have to take my losses. Only order here if you are absolutely 1000% sure about the size, fit etc - having to return stuff is just horrible!
Absolutely poor
Absolutely poor, near to non-existent Customer Service for about a week! Your business may be your passion but certainly not your customers. I have been on hold "First on the line" twice for nearly 15 mins each....Chat waiting time 45 mins and still no response...1mail from 21st Sept just a poor blank auto response....And a promised call back since Thursday last week...Amazing!
